The 2020 iPad 10.2 offers excellent value with strong performance and a 20W charger included, making it the best entry-level iPad for average buyers. While it features only modest upgrades from the previous model and has a weak selfie camera and limited base storage, its unchanged price and essential features make it highly recommended.
